You simply cannot know what this means to me. Tasarim Takarim took drawings by little Miss Kate and Big Sister Grace and turned them into gorgeous sterling silver necklaces. The girls drew pictures of each other, which was enough to make me cry, but seeing them forever preserved in sterling silver broke me in the best possible way. I guess I was due for that cry. We've all saved precious art work made by our kids, and sometimes we even find the time to frame the mini masterpieces, but to have this gorgeous jewelry to wear every day means the world to me. Grace's detailed picture of her sister with the pigtails we hope she'll wear someday and her sweet candy decorated dress. Kate's little picture of her big sister. A picture where she worked so hard to make the pencil do what she wanted because the fine-motor stuff isn't easy. I'll wear them every single day. I'll wear them until my girls are old enough to wear them themselves. I am in love. Please share with me drawings you might turn into jewelry. I'd love to have a look.
