What's Up For Halloween on Netflix #Streamteam @Netflix_Ca

I'll save you the trouble of looking for the best Halloween titles on Netflix this season. I've made you this handy little list. The first half is kid-friendly, of course. The second half, well, that's just for you.

How cute is little Masha? My littlest informs me that "Masha's Spooky Stories" are not scary for her because she is 6 now, but she's not sure about me because I'm 'really old'. I'll let you be the judge.

You don't have to be a child of the 80's the love Pac Man, but it helps. I led my children to this little gem; "Pac's Scary Halloween", and they love the little yellow guy and his crew.

It's simply not Halloween in this house unless there is a little Tim Burton to enjoy. "The Nightmare Before Christmas" will do just fine, thank you. It's only a little too scary for a 6 year old, or so she says.

Dreamworks "Spooky Stories" pretty much run on a loop this time of year. We just can't get enough of that Gingerbread man and his crazy girlfriend.

Finally, for the kids, you can check out a little "Monster High: Haunted". My girls love these twisted little dolls and I must say, I kind of like them, too. I don't like finding their detachable hands all over the carpet but it's a small price to pay.

And now a little something for the adults...

Have you checked out "Bates Motel" yet? This super creepy remake is one of my favourite Netflix shows. I certainly don't wait for Halloween to indulge. You shouldn't either.

I can still remember the opening scene where Drew Barrymore is making Jiffy pop on the stove. *shiver*
"Scream" is now a Netflix series, so you can enjoy it all over again.

This film truly terrified me. Remember when the little boy asked Haley Joel if he wanted to see his father's guns? "The Sixth Sense" still holds up and I for one have lost many a nights sleep thinking about this one.

"The House at the End of the Street" stars Jennifer Lawrence, so you know it has to be good. It's quite the twisty little thriller so pay attention. It's just the right amount of scary, too. Unlike the next title on this list.

This movie ruined open water recreation for a whole generation, but it might have been worth it. Is there a movie scarier than "Jaws"? If so, I've yet to see it.

Lenore Cole Candles

Lenore Cole Candles might be the most luxurious candles on the internet. These environmentally friendly, handmade candles are safe to burn in your home and smell absolutely divine.

I'm burning the Fresh Coffee one right now, and it's heavenly. Maybe it's the essential oils infused into the soy, or maybe it's the detailed care that these candles are made with, but my entire house smells of freshly brewed artesian coffee and I adore it.

You must check out this shop, if you enjoy burning candles in your home.

Did you guys know this was a thing? The Sensory Theraplay Box can be delivered right to your door and it's a monthly subscription. No more scrounging the dollar stores looking for affordable and appropriate items for meaningful sensory play. This pediatric occupational therapist has done all the work for us.

Plus, who doesn't love to get packages in the mail. As a teacher and the parent of a child with autism I find this especially useful because I can take what doesn't work at home into my classroom and vice versa. We know all kids are different and have different sensory needs. These boxes are specifically designed with that in mind.

There's even a blog with updated ideas on how to help our kiddos use sensory play to self-regulate. I'm not sure how I didn't discover this gem sooner.

Go ahead, check out their website here and use code GOTEAMKATE for 15% off of your first box.
