The Therapy Shoppe offers self-calming cards for children (or adults) who might need a visual reminder of strategies that can help them regulate when their systems become either over or underwhelmed. When I received these in the mail I was torn because I wanted them so much for Kate but I also have so many kids at school that could benefit from access to these cards. The cards illustrate calming tools in five different categories: Visual Tools, Creative Tools, Self-Nurturing Tools, Humor Tools and Physical Tools. We all self-sooth and as I flipped through these cards I found it interesting how many of these activities I use to self-calm. My category of choice is 'Creative Tools' with 'Self-Nurturing' Tools coming in at a close second. Which category do you think you would fit into? As a major sensory-seeker, Miss Kate would probably need the 'Physical Tool' cards laminated and placed on a ring so she could carry them with her as a reminder of safe and healthy ways to calm her system. For $13.99 you really can't go wrong. Remember, children with autism and disabilities of the like are often extremely visual. They think in pictures, to reference Dr. Grandin, and these cards would be a great resource.

The actual dark call and also the whitened guns give lots of elegance towards the call, and also the red-colored chronograph period tips really are a regal heart stroke associated with guru.
