Nuku Kids Handmade Playhouses

Have you seen these yet? These handmade playhouses by Nuku Kids are amazing. We, of course, had to have the pirate themed playhouse, but there are a number of styles and themes to choose from. 

The cloth is heavy and thick and the sewing is perfection. This is NOT a cheaply-made tablecloth/playhouse. The materials are high-end and so is the craftsmanship. Frankly, like my mother always says, 'you get what you pay for'. This is quality work and I want every single one. Even the packaging, and if you read this blog you'll know I find packaging very important, was stellar. 

Our pirate playhouse is currently sitting on our dining room table and our girls find their way into it each evening. Sometimes, they take little toys to play, and sometimes they take an iPad and a blanket and a pillow and the house can be quiet for a little while. It's been lovely, to say the least. I haven't told them this yet, but I also plan on taking it use in my classroom, because quiet spaces for kiddos to read and write are hard to come by and what classroom doesn't need it's very own pirate ship?
