I don't know if you know this, but I have recently taken up the fine art of making wine. The very detailed process involved me driving to the wine making store and asking the kind sommelier to make me a batch of his finest white. I then slap a personalized label on those bottles and presto; GoTeamKate Pinot Grigio is born.
