Guess which pattern I opted for? Yes, and I want to use it in my bedroom but my husband likes our boring grey walls as they are. Little Kate would rather have a glow in the dark dinosaur (it's on its way) and Miss Grace's walls are already covered with fairies and sprites and all things magical. Soooo, where can I put my heart wallpaper from Whimsical Walls Art? I need your ideas. My classroom could use some brightening. That is for sure. Where would you put it? It is a small piece so as much as I'd like to, I can't cover the dents and scratches all over my living room walls. Any ideas? I am desperate for that map for my classroom, so that is next and I might need this and this, too. Have I told you I am all upside with these product reviews because I can't stop shopping? Who wants some heart patterned wallpaper? Like this post of Facebook for a chance to win. This contest closes in twenty-four hours. Good Luck.

Even though half of my house is covered in Ninja turtle swag and super hero weapons, the other half is carefully organized with American Girl Dolls (at least she thinks they are American Girl Dolls; those things are expensive! ;), having tea, enjoying a foreign film or discussing current events. Hello Dolly 2014 sent us a few of their play sets and Miss Grace is thrilled. Her dolls are sitting at the table sipping on Starbucks and deciding whether or not they should catch a matinee. So, refined, our Grace and her dolls. Lauren, the creator of these toys, sent a new set she's been working on to give away to you. It's called the 'get well soon' play set and it comes with a newspaper, chicken soup, a thermometer and other adorable little necessities for when your doll feels ill. Would your little one like it? I had a really hard time choosing what I wanted from The Aladdin's Cave because I love every single piece. Relax, these are totally affordable but nobody needs to know that but you! I am currently sporting the natural white topaz ring and I'm sure people must think my writing career has taken off! Go ahead, click on one of the links. I am telling you the prices are right. Chris, the talented owner and designer, sent a ring for you, too. Like this post on Facebook for a chance to win or comment below. This contest closes in twenty-four hours. Good Luck! Creations Olivier is a little shop run by a young artist who hand makes everything you see. Yes, the hearts on the trivet drew me in, but the hand-forged, one of a kind pieces kept me bugging Olivier for a sample. He was quick to oblige and soon the package arrived. Olivier, is Canadian, like me, so I like him even more. Starting a business is difficult. Convincing people to ignore the billion dollar advertising campaigns that tell you want 'made in ....' crap is even harder. I have some lovely pieces from Olivier so please know that there is nothing more to gain from me telling you to give this young artist a chance. Of course, I will share, as usual. Who needs some hand-forged (I know I say that a lot, but I like saying it) wall hooks raise the cool factor to their mudroom? Like this post on Facebook for a chance to win. I've placed a set on my dresser to hold all of my priceless jewels...well my wedding ring and a handful of mismatched earrings but someday I will fill these gorgeous dishes with many expensive jewels! Now that I have discovered artists like Bini, I can no longer shop for mass produced goods in big box stores. I am ruined. These one of a kind pieces, handmade by a real artist who takes pride her work, mean more to me than any dish in my home. I'd like to share them with you. Who is dripping in jewels with no where to place them? Or, who appreciates these dishes like I do? Like this post of Facebook for a chance to win. This contest closes in twenty four hours. Good Luck. Did you think I was giving away a dog, just for a second? Isn't he handsome? He belongs to Jen at Happy Valley Dogs and he isn't for sale, I checked. I wish I could send him, or one like him to you, because there is little in the world that can make you happier than a dog. If you don't have a dog I can guarantee that you will never regret making the decision to have one. Except for the puppy years of course, but they won't last forever. If you rescue a dog, you can avoid the puppy years altogether. So it's a win/win, really. Come on, you know you want to.... Here are four choices of names for your new rescue pup: Michelangelo, Raphael, Leonardo or Donatello. Send me a picture. Happy Valley Dog hooked us up with that awesome leash holder below for Kate's autism service dog that will come to live with us in the Fall. This dog will have nothing but the best thanks to supremely kind people like Jen, the owner of this great little shop. Now that I have discovered her I know our dog will be a Happy Valley Dog, too. Of course, there is something for you, too. A handmade dog toy worthy of the most energetic pup. It's just like the one that gorgeous blonde pup is carrying in the picture. I, of course, inquired about a stunning jade Buddha necklace she had in her shop. She was quick to check us out and offer two of these gorgeous and very expensive necklaces for review and giveaway. Did you know Jade is more valuable than gold, ounce for ounce? Me neither. All I did know is that I could not let that little green Buddha live anywhere else but in my house. Maye's philopshies of kindness and healing must have transferred into her jewelry because I just need to walk by my new treasure as it hangs on my vanity mirror and I smile in a relaxed way that has been a long time coming. If you know me, then you know I subscribe to very little that can't be found in a peer-reviewed article in some stuffy library. This necklace is different. Buddha is different. Maye is different. I am such an absolute fan of this shop and this artist that I sincerely hope that you all spend some time checking out her shop. Remember, she can make you something that you do not see so don't be afraid to ask. This is a big one. This is a huge one. This is going to take a little more than a 'like' on Facebook to win. Tell me why you need it. Tell me why someone you love needs it. And guess what, this time I am going to ask one of you to choose the winner. This contest closes in twenty four hours. Good Luck! Oh, I do love to keep organized. Even if the task is monumental verging on impossible, it is still fun to try. Woodland Cottage Farm creates these lovely sleeves for that ugly old black agenda you carry around. My husband tells me to put my appointments in my phone but it's just not the same as neatly writing out my week's list of appointments and highlighting the good stuff like, 'Grama is taking the kids overnight tonight!' or 'Wine sale ends today!' These are 5.5 x 8.5 Day Planner Cover - Calendar Cover - Organizers, which is a much more manageable size for your mom purse, anyway. Who would like one? The talented creator send a couple of her most stellar designs to give away to you. You know what to do. You might think you know a lot about me because I can be brutally honest at times on this website but did you know that I am far more of a wannabe artist than a wannabe writer, any day of the week? Did you know that I dream of being an art buyer, art critique, art collector...whatever it takes to get my art fix? Well, now you do. Pioneer Art has started me on the path attempting the one medium I have avoided at all costs because it is so damn hard. Watercolours. Now I have no choice but to break out the very expensive watercolour paper and go to town. Who wants to join me? Maybe not literally, but who would like to create as I create? With little talent and lots of gusto I am going to paint this weekend like a mad woman. I might even post a photo if I complete something. Can I send you a set of your very own watercolour paints? Except for the Ninja Turtle swag that litters her dresser it is very much a room that doesn't suit her. Eina Design's created these adorable laser cut wall hooks. Kate is all hooked up with the circus themed hooks which suit her personality much better than the ladybug nightlight that sits on her desk. Now, we have somewhere to hang all of her medals from boxing, sailing, the debate club...whatever she decides to excel in. The lovely people at Eina Designs decided one of your kiddos needed one, too. What kind of awards will hang from it in your superstar's room? Fencing? Pottery? World Champion of Staying Awake?
