 How awesome are these? Aren't these milk and cookie cookies just the most perfect thing to leave for Santa this year? I don't understand how she does it but it's not for me to worry about. I'll just enjoy. Sugar Tulip bakes lots of other sweets but for this time of year I think it is appropriate to feature Christmas cookies.  A Little Bit of Joy, as the shop is aptly named, makes these precious little dolls and they are such a welcome relief from all that is barbie and plastic and wrong with the doll world. These are the kind of dolls your little one would keep forever. Joy, the seamstress and shop owner, makes things other than dolls like this and this, and they are equally lovely, but I fell for the sweet faces and the darling dresses of her dolls. I think Santa would be wise to have a little doll like this peeking out of the stocking of every little child that would adore it.  I did it! I found the perfect wall decals. They are completely removable and repositional and I adore the designs. The Lovely Wall is the shop behind the decals that will soon cover my house and my classroom. Do you know how many times I've ripped paint from the walls using other decals?  I love her, I love her, I love her! Pam at Cool Jewelry Design is the most entertaining shop owner I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She is hilarious and, more important than that. she is the real deal. I know you can tell her work is stunning by browsing her shop but that doesn't tell you much about the kind of person she is. So, let me tell you, that during the brief weeks we've been corresponding I have decided Miss Pam, the artist behind these divine creations is pretty friggin' awesome. You'll like her, too.  This might surprise you a little bit. I absolutely adore Nativity scenes. They are, by far, my favorite Christmas decoration. I won't pretend I practice anything other than shopping for the great materialistic machine that is Christmas, but I do love to stare at these beautiful little representations of my favorite Christmas story. Under Angel Wings creates more than these sweet nativity scenes as you can see in their shop. I'm also partial to some of the other items I've featured below.
