Heartstrings by Morgan sent us this rainbow maker and we adore it. It is made with real Swarovski crystals so you can imagine the stunning rainbows it makes in our kitchen. The girls are mesmerized and, really, so is the cat. I had forgotten, until I received this, just how beautiful rainbow makers can be. I think I might need one in every window, now. When opening this little gem, Kate dropped her turtles and immediately came over to admire it. She was uncharacteristically gentle when she caressed the crystals and said: "Dat Your Power, Mama?" So, I am pretty sure it has some kind of super power. Morgan, lovely as she is, decided you needed a little treat, too. This time I would love you to tag someone in the Facebook feed of this post and tell me why they need a little Swarovski crystal angel to brighten their day.

I knew you'd click on this one. Frankie & Myrrh sent me five samples of their aromatherapy scents and I am in love. Of course, I knew they were my kind of company when I scrolled through their products and found scents called "Purple People Pleaser" and "Under the Influence". I think this scent is technically supposed to be used on yourself when you are in a bitchy mood but I can see myself carrying it around in my purse and pulling it out whenever someone at the grocery store gives me parenting advice mid meltdown. As usual, I have some for you. Tell me on this link on Facebook why you want it. I will send the freebies out to two deserving followers. How come I didn't know about these things? Did you know you no longer have to wear out your precious sharpies creating classroom signs and labels? You can order them online and print them quicker than you can grade a paper. I am so excited to get started with The Back To School Kit from Paper + Oats. These designers are so talented and their files are so easy to purchase there is really no excuse to have a shabby classroom, anymore. My classroom is about look pretty stellar and I won't mind telling the kids I made it all myself. Let's just keep that between us. The artist was kind enough to send two files so that I could once again share with you. I have a Jump Start Kit that will help you manage your household. Tell me on Facebook why you want it and I'll choose someone to send it to straight away. How sweet are these? These little paper birds are cut out of old maps. I cannot wait to get to my classroom and hang them up. I wish I was this creative and clever. I already have a list of ideas for lessons we can do with sorting and counting. Maybe we'll do an art project and try to make our own garland. If you are a teacher, like me, there is really nothing better than handmade decorations for your classroom. They won't stay there long, though, because in the summertime I think I'll bring them home and string them across my mantel to brighten up the living room. Who wants some? I have two sets because the kind lady who made them wanted to give some away to you! I'd love to send them to a teacher. Tell me why you want them and I get them sent out to some deserving educator right away! Some people are so clever. Look at this gorgeous 'mom planner' package designed by a graphic organizer on Etsy. It has everything I need to get completely organized. I'm not making any promises but I am pretty sure with this puppy I will be planning my weekly meals, balancing the budget and taking an inventory of my kitchen. Well... maybe not all of that stuff but I will definitely be making lists. I love to make lists. Were you one of those kids that loved back to school shopping because you could get brand new supplies? I could honestly browse the stationary section for hours because I so love the idea of fresh new notebooks and markers and don't even get me started on the folders. I just love the idea of coordinating my life with these cute pages. I have yet to organize my life but I love making the attempt. This mom planner is going to be a great help. It even has a section on ideas for your blog! Was this meant to be or what? The lovely designer of this planner is also offering one to giveaway to one of our blog readers. The rules will be simple because you have enough on your list, I am sure. Share this post on Facebook via my GoTeamKate page and I will enter you into a draw for the planner. I will ask a third party to draw once the post has been up for twenty four hours and I will contact the winner. These files are PDF downloads so you will be receiving them in your email and you'll need to print them and organize your binder. You won't be disappointed. |
